These terms and conditions govern your use of the Mr Gig Studios website and the booking of our rehearsal and recording spaces. By making a booking or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Mr Gig Studios is a rehearsal and recording studio based in Bletchley, Milton Keynes. References to "we", "us", or "our" in these terms refer to Mr Gig Studios. You can contact us at [email protected] or by calling 07497 826923.
All bookings are made online through our website and are subject to availability. A booking is not confirmed until payment has been received (either in full, or as your chosen deposit, as set out below), and you have been issued a booking confirmation email containing your booking reference.
By submitting a booking you confirm that the details you have provided are accurate, and that you are aged 18 or over.
Payment is taken via our secure payment provider, Stripe. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. We do not store your card details, as these are handled entirely by Stripe.
If your payment is not completed within the reservation hold period, your booking slot will be released and made available to other customers.
Where offered at checkout, you may choose to pay the full price, or pay a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total price to secure your slot. If you pay the deposit, the remaining balance must be paid no later than 72 hours before your booking start time. We will email you a link to pay this balance ahead of the deadline. The deposit option is not offered for bookings made too close to the start time to allow for this.
Regardless of which option you choose, 10% of your total booking price is always treated as a non-refundable deposit, as set out in the Cancellations and refunds section below. Where you pay in full, this is confirmed on-screen and you will be asked to confirm you understand this before completing payment.
If you pay a deposit and do not pay the outstanding balance in advance of your booking, your booking remains confirmed and you remain liable for the full price. We may contact you to arrange payment, and reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain the deposit as a cancellation fee if the balance remains unpaid.
10% of your total booking price is a non-refundable deposit. This amount is never refunded, however far in advance you cancel, and whether you originally paid it as a deposit or as part of full payment.
All bookings are subject to a 72-hour cancellation policy.
If you cancel more than 72 hours before your booking start time, we will refund any amount paid above the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the booking forfeit the full amount paid, including any balance payment.

We reserve the right to cancel a booking in exceptional circumstances. In the event that we cancel, you will receive a full refund, including any non-refundable deposit paid.
A temporary door access code will be sent to your email address on the morning of your booking. This code is valid for the full day of your booking. Please do not share your access code with anyone not attending your session. We accept no responsibility for any unauthorised access resulting from you sharing your code.
To ensure a great experience for all of our customers, we ask that you observe the following when using our studios:
We reserve the right to refuse entry or end a session early if these rules are not followed, without entitlement to a refund.
We take reasonable care to ensure our studios and equipment are safe and fit for purpose. However, you use our facilities at your own risk. We accept no liability for loss of or damage to your personal property, equipment, or instruments while on our premises.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You may optionally create a customer account to view your booking history. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website at any time.
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the website or making a booking after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
